Reporting a NON URGENT Maintenance Issue

househelpSometimes, things go wrong in a rental property, it is a fact of life and unavoidable.  Accidents happen, services go down, appliances break, but rest assured, if there is a problem – we are here to help you.

We take the proactive approach to managing maintenance to ensure the property you rent is maintained in good repair as instructed by our landlords.

Urgent Repairs to an Essential Service include the following and you MUST contact the office immediately on 9399 2122 for immediate assistance.

For the purposes of the definition of urgent repairs in section 43(1) of the Act, each of the following services is prescribed as an essential service —
(a) electricity;
(b) gas;
(c) a functioning refrigerator, but only if it is provided with the premises;
(d) sewerage, septic tank or other waste water management treatment;
(e) water, including the supply of hot water.

After Hours Procedure

After hours, our property managers do not necessarily check their emails as regularly as during the working week.  If your maintenance request is urgent and relates to an essential service as stated above in red, please report the problem immediately to 9399 2122 and you will be redirected to the After Hours phone.
